		<description>I agree that there is no such thing as "Perfect Contract" because in one way or another there will be a clash of interest between two parties, that is why, as one of the many business lawyers in a &lt;a href="http://www.compellingcounsel.com/" rel="nofollow"&gt;law firm in Ottawa&lt;/a&gt;, I try my best in drafting a contract that will be beneficial to two different parties.</description>
