It is good to hear from you. Great initiative! Despite my hectic life I'll try to follow and contribute to free movement of ADR.
In Slovenia we are discussing a new, almoust revolutionary Court's ADR Act which will introduce mandatory consideration of ADR by the courts, semi-mandatory referral to mediation with retained right of litigants to opt out, cost sanction for unreasonable refusal, mediation information session conducted by judges, free of charge legal aid for mediation......
As a minister of justice I hope to make my dreams reality.
